Should women train with kettlebells?

The Kettlebell looks like a scary piece of exercise equipment.  I hear comments, like “those are for the big boys" or "what am I supposed to do with that thing"?  The girls in the studio joke about the big balls of iron in the corner that can smell funny too. But, if you can get past their intimidating look, they are a great tool to train with.   Working out with kettlebells can save you time during your workout, while recruiting more muscles fibers.  A short 20 minute workout, will challenge your heart and muscles like never before.   If you consistently train with these guys, in no time, you’ll will see great improvements in the strength of your legs, shoulders, and of course your core.  I have seen great results from working with kettlebells, I know you will too!
