Fitness Camp is a fitness program that will actually give you results.

This workout experience focuses on improving the overall health of both men and women through various workout types. They include but are not limited to circuit training, high-intensity interval training, cardio, and more. 

What could be a better way to get your body ready for summer fun. Whether you are trying to reach a new fitness goal, or are just interested in have some fun being active, these workouts are adjusted to match your fitness level. The result is a stronger, leaner, more balanced body.

 Camp begins June to August.  Scheduled on a month-to-month basis.

*In order to provide the best experience, we will be implementing social distancing regulations during our workouts, to keep you active, while keeping you safe!
