Small Group Training

Discover what so many others already know about small group fitness training. It can help you achieve your fitness goals in a motivating atmosphere. Whether it’s great music, the motivation from your trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in the workouts, you'll love group training. Small group training offers a variety of workouts for each individual small group. Whether your goal is to lose fat, gain muscle, or improve your flexibility, there is a group for you! 

Small groups consist of 3-4 participants, with the option of training 1 or 2 times per week. Small groups are scheduled on month to month basis.

  • 8:30 AM Monday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday
  • 9:45-10:45 AM Monday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday
