Small Group Training

Discover what so many others already know about small group fitness training. It can help you achieve your fitness goals in a motivating atmosphere. Whether it’s great music, the motivation from your trainer, the camaraderie and energy of the group, or the variety in the workouts, you'll love group training. Small group training offers a variety of workouts for each individual small group. Whether your goal is to lose body fat, tone up or improve your flexibility, there is a group for you! 

Small groups consist of 3-4 participants, with the option of training 1 or 2 times a week.

Please email if you are interested in joining a group.  Small Groups register each month for 6,7 or 8 one hour trainings.  The fees range from $106.00-$140.00 per session (all sessions have a 10% sales tax added at the time of registration).

  • 6:00 AM Monday/ Friday or Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday's
  • 7:15 AM Tuesday/Thursday
  • 8:30 AM Monday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday
  • 9:45-10:45 AM Monday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday
