I have be working out with different Personal Trainers for a few years now - most of them though my gym.  Some definitely better than others, but I no one compares to Julene Barrett!  Julene is the best trainer I have worked with, and here's why:

She is current on new, but effective, training styles (Tabata, TRX).

She still incorporates good old fashioned weight lifting.
She has a great sense for your limits, but still pushes you.
She is organized and on time.
