Female Athlete Training

Female athletes should be participating in a pre-season strength & conditioning program that is properly designed and administered.  Strength and conditioning will prepare these athletes for the rigors of the season competition. Training will not only give the athlete an edge in physical performance beyond normal growth and development, but it will help to prevent injuries.  The program Dfine offers is specific for female athletes, which includes functional exercises and assessments and when the athlete is ready, progressing to a higher level of training. The program will offer cardiovascular conditioning, as well as education on proper nutrition pre and post training.   Females are different than males and it’s important for young female athletes to gain proper training and education for their success on and off the field.
