Vacation Boot Camp

Pick out one full suit from the deck.  Divide the cards evenly between the number of participants.

Each person takes turns showing their top card. Do the exercises that cooresponds with each card number or suit. Keep the pace up so that you are moving through the exercises quickly. 

ACE-20 goblet squats
KING-20 walking lunges
QUEEN-20 mountain climbers
JACK-20 find a step and lunge with back foot on step. Do 20 each leg

2- 20 jumping jacks + 2 burpies
3-30 high knees + 3  bear crawls
4-4 sets of 10 plank jacks
5-5 sets of 5 lunge hops
6-6 bench dips + 6 pushups + 6 bench dips + 6 pushups
7-7 sets of 2 high plank to side plank rotations
8-8 burpies with pushups
9-9x2 sitting in/outs
10-100 jump ropes (virtual if you don't have a rope)

Once you complete all the exercises you are done! Good luck
