Dfine, LLC is a place for women to call on for help with their fitness goals. Julene created Dfine nine years ago, because she had a desire to help women in her community become healthier stronger, more vibrant women.
Julene loves interacting with people, and enjoys sharing her knowledge of health and fitness. She is creative in designing personal, partner and small group fitness training programs for the females she works with.
Dfine offers one on one and small group training in her home studio. Sports conditioning for female athletes, as well as outdoor boot camps in the Spring and Summer months. Whatever the task, she is determined to find your niche to help you accomplish your goals.
Julene has a BS in Health Education from the University of Utah. She is certified ACE Personal Trainer and an ACE Group Certified Trainer. She has extensive experience in training with the TRX, small group strength training, and bootcamps. Julene has been in the fitness training industry for over 10 years.
She also holds a current CPR/AED certification.
