About Dfine

Dfine's goal is to bring out the power in YOU! This is a place to develop and reach your fitness goals. Julene created Dfine over ten years ago because she had a desire to help individuals in her community become healthier and stronger versions of themselves. 

Julene is a personable and motivating trainer. She has experienced knowledge in personal training, nutrition, and lifestyle changes. Along with her variety of knowledge, she is creative in designing reachable and progressive fitness plans for the clients she works with.

Jules offers one on one and small group fitness training in her home studio. She also offers Sports conditioning for athletes, as well as outdoor camps in the Spring and Summer months. Whatever the task, she is determined to find your niche to help you accomplish your goals.  

 


Credentials

Julene has a BS in Health Education from the University of Utah. She is a certified ACE Personal Trainer and an ACE Group Fitness Trainer. Julene is a level 1 Precision Nutrition certified coach.  She has extensive experience in personal training. She also enjoys working with small groups and outdoor fitness camps.  Julene has been a part of the health and fitness industry for over 25 years. 

She also holds a current CPR/AED certification.
